By using Player Streaks (playerstreaks.com), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Service Description

Player Streaks provides football statistics, player performance analytics, team streak data, and match predictions across multiple leagues. Our platform aggregates publicly available match data to help users make informed decisions.
Features include player streak tracking, hot/cold fixture analysis, ELO-based predictions, team statistics, and league standings.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and included features are displayed on our pricing page.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of a charge if you have not substantially used the paid features during that period.

You agree not to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform without written permission.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our data or analysis.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent our authentication, access controls, or rate limits.
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose.

Player Streaks provides statistical analysis and data for informational purposes only. Our content, predictions, and analytics do NOT constitute financial advice, betting advice, or any form of guaranteed outcome.
All betting and gambling decisions are made at your own risk. Past performance and statistical trends do not guarantee future results. You should always gamble responsibly and only bet what you can afford to lose.
We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of decisions made based on our data or predictions.

All content, design, analysis methods, and software on Player Streaks are our intellectual property or used under licence.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Match data is sourced from publicly available sources and aggregated by our systems.

Player Streaks is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any statistics, predictions, or data on our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
